Hi Friend,

In my last note, I promised that the techniques we’ll explore on Breathe: Just You, the Breath, and the Breakthrough take less time than brewing your morning coffee.

Since it’s Sunday morning, I wanted to give you a "micro-dose" of what the podcast will feel like before the pace of the world picks up today. You don't need a meditation cushion. You don't even need to close your eyes if you're still in your pajamas.

A Quick Reset

If you’re starting to feel that "mental checklist" already forming or a little bit of noise in your brain, try this right now:

• Inhale deeply through your nose for a count of 4.

• Exhale through pursed lips (like you’re blowing through a straw) for a count of 8.

• Repeat this just three times.

That’s it. In less than 40 seconds, you’ve manually told your nervous system that it is safe to soften. You’ve moved from "survival mode" back into your own steady rhythm.

That is the breakthrough. It isn't always a lightning bolt; sometimes, it’s just the quiet return to yourself before the day truly begins.
