Do you ever feel the pressure of a shrink-to-fit world?

We often spend our lives trying to fit into the shapes others have carved out for us. We shrink our voices, we soften our presence, and we hold our breath—waiting for permission to simply be.

But belonging doesn't start with an invitation from the outside. It begins with the internal realization that you are already home.

This Tuesday, Episode 6: The Breath of Belonging arrives. In this session, we dive deep into the somatic experience of taking up space. We explore the tension between the fear of being seen and the soul's deep-seated need to be known.

A Moment for the Breath

Before the week begins, try this 60-second somatic check-in:

1. Settle: Find a comfortable seat and let your shoulders drop.

2. Expand: As you inhale, feel the breath moving not just into your chest, but into the back of your ribs and down into your seat.

3. Acknowledge: Notice if there is any part of you trying to "shrink" right now.

4. Affirm: As you exhale, imagine your energy expanding three inches past your skin in every direction.

This is your space. You are allowed to inhabit it.
