Finally, a space to breathe

Breathe: Just You, the Breath, and the Breakthrough

Mar. 15, 2026

Hi Friend,

I’ve been thinking a lot about the space that exists between a 'idea' and actually putting it out into the world. It’s usually a mix of excitement and that quiet, nervous hum in the back of your mind.

I’ve wanted to create a place that isn't about doing more, but about letting the volume of the world drop away so you can finally Breathe. This Tuesday, I’m finally sharing that with all of you.

Episode one drops this Tuesday, March 17th.

The podcast - Breathe: Just You, the Breath, and the Breakthrough - is meant to be a sanctuary in your pocket. It’s the same vibe we’ve built here in this newsletter, just in audio form. It’s about finding that clarity when the world feels a bit too loud.

Whether you’re commuting, folding laundry, or just sitting on the floor for a few minutes, I’d love for you to join me.

A moment for right now:

Inhale slowly through your nose, letting your belly expand. On the exhale, imagine you are letting go of one thing from last week that you no longer need to carry. Repeat that three times until your pulse feels a little steadier.

Your prompt for the week:

Identify one "noisy" part of your daily routine. This week, try to replace just five minutes of that noise with silence. No goals, no timers. Just you, the breath, and the breakthrough.

I’m so happy to finally be sharing this with you.

With gratitude,

Ferryn Wynter

I’m Ferryn Wynter, a yoga and breathwork guide dedicated to helping you find your resonance in a world that never stops moving. I spent years thinking that "strength" meant being unshakable and building walls to stay safe. What I found instead was that true resilience doesn’t come from being rigid - it comes from being solid enough to finally stop holding your breath. Finding that calm within the chaos is exactly what I’m here to help you do. Whether we are meeting on the mat or through the deep conversations of my podcast, my goal is simple: to create a sanctuary where you can move with the storm, rather than against it. Let’s begin the breakthrough: Sign up for my email list below to stay connected. Check the Links tab to follow my journey, sign up for updates, and subscribe to the podcast. Until our next breath together, stay open. Just You, the Breath, and the Breakthrough. I’ll meet you in the stillness.

Breathe: Just You, the Breath, and the Breakthrough April 12, 2026 Hello Friends, I hope you all had an amazing Easter & that you were able to take a moment to breathe. Some thoughts for you ahead of the Episode 5 release this Tuesday. How often do we find ourselves responding with a quick, "I’m fine," when someone asks how we are? We say it to move the conversation along, to avoid being a "burden," or perhaps because we haven't yet found the words for the complexity of what we’re actually...

Breathe: Just You, the Breath, and the Breakthrough April 5, 2026 Hello Friend, Life has a funny way of asking us to check our alignment just when we think we’ve found our rhythm. Maybe you had a project, a habit, or even an event on the calendar that felt right a month ago, but today? Today, it feels like a heavy coat you’re ready to take off. Lately, I’ve been thinking about the space that opens up when we stop forcing things that no longer serve the current season. It’s not about quitting;...

Breathe: Just You, the Breath, and the Breakthrough Mar. 29, 2026 Hello Friend, We are officially moving into the rhythm of this journey together. Whether you’ve been practicing with me for years or just joined the community through the podcast launch, I am so grateful you’re here. As we prepare for our next episode this Tuesday, I’ve been thinking a lot about the space between the inhale and the exhale. That tiny, quiet moment of suspension is where the magic happens—it’s where we stop doing...
