A space for the breakthrough... 🌬️

Breathe: Just You, the Breath, and the Breakthrough

Feb. 17, 2026

Hi Friend,

I’m sitting here with my favorite sticker-covered notebook, a fresh cup of decaf, and a heart full of gratitude.

When I first envisioned Breathe: Just You, the Breath, and the Breakthrough, I didn't just want to create a podcast. I wanted to create a sanctuary. A reminder that in a world that asks us to go faster, the most revolutionary thing I can do is slow down.

Why the "Breakthrough"?

We often think breakthroughs have to be loud. A lightning bolt moment or a massive life shift. But after years of this work, I’ve realized that the most sustainable breakthroughs happen in the quiet.

They happen when it’s just you and the breath.

This newsletter is my way of extending that space into your inbox. Beyond the audio episodes, I wanted a place where I could sit with you in the silence between the words. Each edition will be a small anchor for your week including a prompt, a reflection, and a reminder that you are already enough, exactly as you are.

Save the Date: March 17th

I am so excited to announce that Episode One officially drops on March 17th!

I can’t wait for you to hear what I've been building for you. Listen to the Podcast Trailer below.

A Moment of Connection:

Before you head back into your day, I’d love to hear from you.

Hit "Reply" to this email and tell me: What is one thing you are intentionally breathing through this week? I'll be reading every single response.

But first, take one intentional breath with me.

Inhale for four... hold for two... exhale for six.

Better?

With love and breath,

I’m Ferryn Wynter, a yoga and breathwork guide dedicated to helping you find your resonance in a world that never stops moving. I spent years thinking that "strength" meant being unshakable and building walls to stay safe. What I found instead was that true resilience doesn’t come from being rigid - it comes from being solid enough to finally stop holding your breath. Finding that calm within the chaos is exactly what I’m here to help you do. Whether we are meeting on the mat or through the deep conversations of my podcast, my goal is simple: to create a sanctuary where you can move with the storm, rather than against it. Let’s begin the breakthrough: Sign up for my email list below to stay connected. Check the Links tab to follow my journey, sign up for updates, and subscribe to the podcast. Until our next breath together, stay open. Just You, the Breath, and the Breakthrough. I’ll meet you in the stillness.

Breathe: Just You, the Breath, and the Breakthrough April 12, 2026 Hello Friends, I hope you all had an amazing Easter & that you were able to take a moment to breathe. Some thoughts for you ahead of the Episode 5 release this Tuesday. How often do we find ourselves responding with a quick, "I’m fine," when someone asks how we are? We say it to move the conversation along, to avoid being a "burden," or perhaps because we haven't yet found the words for the complexity of what we’re actually...

Breathe: Just You, the Breath, and the Breakthrough April 5, 2026 Hello Friend, Life has a funny way of asking us to check our alignment just when we think we’ve found our rhythm. Maybe you had a project, a habit, or even an event on the calendar that felt right a month ago, but today? Today, it feels like a heavy coat you’re ready to take off. Lately, I’ve been thinking about the space that opens up when we stop forcing things that no longer serve the current season. It’s not about quitting;...

Breathe: Just You, the Breath, and the Breakthrough Mar. 29, 2026 Hello Friend, We are officially moving into the rhythm of this journey together. Whether you’ve been practicing with me for years or just joined the community through the podcast launch, I am so grateful you’re here. As we prepare for our next episode this Tuesday, I’ve been thinking a lot about the space between the inhale and the exhale. That tiny, quiet moment of suspension is where the magic happens—it’s where we stop doing...
